Peter received a BA in Architecture and Fine Arts from Washington University in St. Louis . He started his architectural illustration practice in 1972. In this era of specialization he works in all the time honored mediums of pencil, pen & ink and water color. His conceptual sketches to highly finished illustrations assist his clients in communicating a project at any given stage of the design process.  

His oil paintings and bamboo brush drawings were exhibited in St. Louis , San Francisco and Los Angeles . He received the Best of Show Award from AR in 1987 and Awards of Excellence from ASAI in 1994 and 2005. He illustrated two books, Blastphemy, the New Glossary of Golf and a book limericks, There is a Hole in Your Sky both written by Bob Scher, published in 2006.  

Peter is also an award winning poet and scuba instructor. His collected poems and sketches are being published in 2007.
